Lupus Trust supporter, Kelle Bryan, talks about how she’s had to relearn how to walk and talk after suffering a stroke two years ago
Kelle has just revealed that she is to join Hollyoaks. She said "Two years ago I auditioned for Hollyoaks and was offered the role but I was too poorly to take it.
I can't tell you, it was like the worst best thing that's ever happened to you. The best thing was I got the offer, the worst thing was I had to turn it down. It was awful. I just thought, well that's it now, that ship has sailed”.
The Eternal singer has joined Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks as Simone Loveday's sister Martine but faced a huge battle to regain her health after suffering the stroke in April 2016 after she contracted an infection while in hospital for a routine operation.
