Please make cheques payable to Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation and on the back of the cheque write the words 'Lupus Trust, Fund 504', it is vital you include this information to ensure the donation is paid into the Lupus Trust fund. Cheques should be posted to:

Please remember that if you are a UK tax payer you can increase your donation by at least 25% at no extra cost to you simply by asking us to 'gift aid' your donation and we will send you a Gift Aid declaration form.

If you would like to leave a legacy towards the Lupus Trust in your will, you simply need to inform your solicitor that the donation is to the Lupus Trust and the following information about us: Under auspices of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity. Registered charity no. 1160316, fund 504. It's vital that you include the fund number which identifies it as a donation specifically to the Lupus Trust fund. IN MEMORY

Many families request that rather than buy flowers for funerals a monetary gift is made in memory of the deceased.
